NAMA Health Lock is a food safety compliance certification. It means the cooler meets standards for temperature control and food handling that some venue operators require before approving a placement. Particularly relevant for hospitals, corporate campuses, and school facilities.
Standard warranty is 1 year at no charge. Extended coverage is available: $200/year for the M520L and $220/year for the G620H, up to 5 years total coverage.
Grabot includes a cloud dashboard and mobile management app. You can see real-time inventory levels, sales data, and machine status from your phone without going to the location.
