We source equipment from multiple manufacturers and place it with operators, entrepreneurs, and businesses across North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico). VendAiMart is a distributor, not a lender or financing provider, and not a manufacturer.

Use of this site: You may use vendaimart.com for lawful purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this site without prior written permission. Product images, brand logos, and specifications belong to their respective manufacturers and are used here for informational purposes under distributor agreement.

Promotional financing is offered on select models from select manufacturers in our distributed lineup. Availability, term length, and qualifying models vary by manufacturer and are subject to change without notice. All financing is subject to credit approval through the financing partner. Not all applicants will qualify. Not all models are eligible. Final terms, eligible models, and current promotions will be confirmed in writing during the quote and order process. VendAiMart is a distributor and is not a lender or financing provider.

Financing, where available, is offered in the United States only. Brand coverage (USA, Canada, and Mexico) and financing coverage (US only) are separate things. If you are outside the United States, contact us directly to discuss available purchase options.

The "$99/month" figure shown on this site is a representative financing payment on certain models with approved credit. It is not a unit price. Machine prices are shown separately. Always read both the machine price and the financing terms together before making a decision.

Prices shown on vendaimart.com are current at the time of publication. They reflect the machines listed at the time of your visit and are subject to change without notice.

Prices shown are for the machines listed. Accessories, installation, shipping, software subscriptions, and service plans may be priced separately.
KVM Tap Vending products are not priced on this site. Contact us for KVM pricing through the quote process.
Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Volume pricing, operator program pricing, and ISA (Independent Sales Associate) pricing may differ from published prices. Ask about these programs.
We confirm final pricing in writing before any order is processed.

4. Distributor Disclaimer

VendAiMart distributes equipment from multiple manufacturers. We do not design, engineer, or build the machines we sell. Manufacturer specifications, warranty terms, certifications, and feature claims are provided by each manufacturer and are their responsibility.

We have active distribution agreements with our listed manufacturers. Those agreements give us the authority to sell and support their products in North America. We are not the manufacturer of record for any product on this site.

Warranty claims, parts, and technical service are handled through manufacturer-authorized channels. VendAiMart facilitates this process as your distributor but is not the warranting party unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Manufacturer accuracy claims (such as AI recognition accuracy percentages) are provided by manufacturers and are their published figures. VendAiMart does not independently verify these claims and does not re-publish them as our own.
